I had a replacement whilst he was off and missed one appointment because no message was left on my mobile for me to contact. I like everyone else do not answer calls from unknown numbers. Also the Nuffield Support service for Trium is a farce, they do not answer when you call, and when they do, they were totally useless. Very bad overall.
