WebI normally associate that sound with dirty brakes, but first I'd probably check that the rotors and calipers were installed properly - make sure that the calipers are aligned with the rotors and that all the rotor and caliper bolts are torqued properly. Then I'd clean the rotors with rubbing alcohol.
